Last year Glenn Oakley and his wife Danielle made a decision: to stop thinking about investing in property, and make it happen.
Their thoughts have become reality.
As the photos show, the first stages of construction on their investment property is progressing quickly – the concrete slab floor is finished and frames are up.
With three children, Tayla, Luke and Rhylee, Glenn and Danielle know that they need to be proactive about their future:
“We finally decided that if we are going to do this, now is a good time, the grant was an incentive… retire earlier and have the money to live the retirement life we would like.”
Glenn and Danielle were the winners of Simple Property Investment’s $5,000 grant.
