We are pleased to announce the grant recipient of our Leap into Property in 2016 Grant: Glenn and Danielle Oakley from Doreen, Melbourne.

The grant includes $5,000 and a complimentary 1-1 property investment strategy session with Nick Holden, Property Investment Advisor and Director of Simple Property Investment. With three children, Tayla, Luke and Rhylee, Glenn and Danielle realise they need to be proactive about their future.

“We had been wanting to get a investment property for years to help with our financial future but didn’t know where to start so it sounded like a good idea to get some advice. So we finally decided that if we are going to do this, now is a good time, the grant was an incentive.”

The Oakleys eagerly anticipate the build of their new property interstate which will be ready in 2017.

“Hopefully we can retire earlier and have the money to live the retirement life we would like.”

The Leap Into Property In 2016 Grant was launched in early 2016. We often see how tough it is for Aussie families to purchase investment properties – the grant is our way to help an Aussie family leap into property with a bit of financial help and assistance to secure their first new investment property.

Congratulations Glenn and Danielle!

If like Glenn and Danielle, you want to take control of your family’s future, take the first step: call Nick on 1300 82 83 08 or email nickh@simplepropertyinvestment.com.au for a chat.
